Povi Ideas and Feedback Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

This policy governs any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you share with Povi (Politix Inc.). It exists to avoid misunderstandings and disputes about ownership when your ideas and our work overlap. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. We do not accept unsolicited ideas

Please do not send unsolicited ideas to Povi or to any Povi team member, employee, or contractor. This includes suggestions for features, products, services, technology, content formats, creator programs, monetization models, marketing campaigns, brand concepts, product or feature names, artwork, creative materials, or business strategies.

We maintain this policy because Povi is continuously developing its own products and may already be working on, or may independently develop, ideas similar or identical to yours. This policy protects both of us: it prevents disputes when our roadmap and your suggestion happen to coincide.

If, despite our request, you still send us an unsolicited idea, then regardless of what your message, cover note, or accompanying terms say, it becomes a Submission and the terms in Section 3 apply. Povi may review it, ignore it, or use it, in Povi's sole discretion. No statement you attach to a Submission creates any confidentiality obligation or other duty on Povi's part.

2. What counts as a Submission

"Submission" means any idea, suggestion, proposal, concept, feedback, comment, creative material, or other information you provide to Povi or to any Povi team member, employee, or contractor, regardless of channel or format. This includes material sent by email, direct message, social media, support ticket, feedback form, survey, phone or video call, in-person conversation, or any other means.

Submissions include both:

  • Unsolicited ideas you send us on your own initiative, despite Section 1; and
  • Requested feedback you provide when we ask for it, including through feedback forms on our site, surveys, user interviews, alpha and beta programs, and informal requests from Povi team members by email, direct message, or otherwise.

If you choose to send us a Submission through any channel, the terms below apply.

3. Terms that apply to every Submission

By providing a Submission, you agree that:

  • Your Submission is not confidential. No confidential, fiduciary, or other special relationship is created between you and Povi by your Submission, and Povi has no obligation to keep it secret. Do not send us anything you consider confidential or proprietary.
  • You grant Povi a license. You grant Povi, its affiliates, and its successors a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license, under all of your intellectual property rights in the Submission (including copyright, patent, trademark, and trade secret rights), to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit your Submission, in whole or in part, for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without compensation, attribution, or notice to you. To the extent permitted by law, you waive and agree not to assert any moral rights or similar rights in your Submission.
  • Povi owes you nothing. Povi has no obligation to review, consider, respond to, return, or preserve any Submission, and no obligation to compensate or credit you if Povi uses anything similar to it.
  • Similar ideas may already exist. You acknowledge that Povi may already be developing, or may later independently develop, products, features, or content that resemble your Submission, and that any similarity does not create liability or obligation on Povi's part.
  • You have the right to share it. You represent that your Submission is your own, that sharing it does not violate any agreement you have with a third party (such as an employer or client), and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
  • You waive related claims. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any claim against Povi arising from Povi's use of, or failure to use, your Submission, including claims based on ideas, concepts, or suggestions contained in it.

4. What this policy does not cover

  • Your content on Povi. Streams, videos, and other content you create and publish on the Povi platform are governed by our Terms of Service, not this policy.
  • Job and contractor applications. Résumés, portfolios, work samples, and other materials you submit when applying for employment or a contract engagement with Povi are not Submissions under this policy.
  • Programs with their own rules. Entries to contests, promotions, incentive programs, or other programs that have their own posted official rules are governed by those rules, which control over this policy.
  • Security reports. Reports of security vulnerabilities are not Submissions. Please send them to security@povi.tv; we handle them in line with responsible disclosure practices.
  • Your personal data. Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • Signed agreements. If you have a separate written agreement with Povi (for example, a creator agreement or contractor agreement) that addresses ideas or feedback, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with this policy.

5. Changes and governing terms

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted at the time you provide a Submission applies to that Submission. Any dispute relating to a Submission or this policy is subject to the governing law and dispute resolution provisions of our Terms of Service.
